Jinnett Santos Kroeger was born and raised in New York lives in Champions Gate, Florida with her husband, Jason and her two Yorkies, Kai and Chip.

Jinnett has been a Pleio GoodStarter for almost seven years. She originally heard about the position through a work-from-home website.

“It was the only job I applied for. Boy, was I happy when I got it! I loved (and still love) the fact that it gives me the flexibility to travel and visit our aging parents. I can take everything I need with me and work while also taking care of them.”

But the flexible schedule isn’t the only thing that has kept Jinnett at Pleio for so long.

“I like the camaraderie between the GoodMates and the rest of the Pleio family and the positive atmosphere in the chat rooms is really motivating. I also love to help people and being able to connect with patients who need the information we provide and are appreciative of receiving it, is extremely rewarding. Especially for patients who cannot understand English and information provided by their HCP is lost in translation.”

“When I hear a patient tell me how much they appreciate the information I’ve given them and how it makes them feel unforgotten, it warms my heart.”

When Jinnett is not connecting with patients or helping her elderly parents, she enjoys reading novels, working out, playing golf with her husband, meditating, and practicing Reiki. She also loves playing with her dogs, spending the day at the beach, hiking, and eating at different restaurants.
