ANALYTICS
Job Purpose:

The Data Analyst / Data Scientist delivers analytical solutions using programming, data-mining, statistics, machine-learning and visualization techniques.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Understanding complex analytic issues through discussion with operational staff
  • Constructing analytic datasets using SQL
  • Building and deploying machine learning models
  • Communicating findings through presentations and dashboards
  • The Data Scientist writes clean, performant, reusable code to perform to train and deploy models in cloud and on-prem environments
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries working with electronic medical record data.
  • Experience programming at an intermediate to advanced skill level with a high-level programming language such as R or Python.
  • Experience programming at a basic to intermediate proficiency level in SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex analytical and technical information.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience in researching and resolving data issues with a logical, instinctive, and problem-solving mentality working with large, complex and incomplete sources.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and experience working independently on multiple projects with competing priorities and a strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare machine learning is preferred.

Marketing

Job Overview: 

As the Marketing Manager at Pleio, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure that our marketing efforts align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate campaign promotion with Brand Agency across various thought leadership positions and initiatives
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, conferences, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Content Creation:

  • Working with a Brand Agency and Chief Commercial Officer, oversee the creation of engaging content, including one-pagers, blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, and website positioning.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the thought leadership build, brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage Pleio LinkedIn channel and support ELT activity
  • Develop strategies to grow Pleio following

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales team to continuously improve Level 1 capabilities/intro discussions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to build supporting discussion materials on Pleio patient engagement capabilities

Conference Support

  • Management for 4-6 Pharma and Pharmacy conferences
  • Responsible for organizing Pleio attendance logistics and promotion from speaking opportunities, social promotion to featured events and dinners

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development – validate differentiation

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track spending and report on the ROI of marketing activities.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Work with Brand Agency to support and coordinate targeted public relations efforts.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

– 5+ years of experience in marketing, healthcare marketing a plus

– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

– Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

– Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

– Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, analytics platforms, email marketing).

– Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in healthcare marketing and knowledge of pharma is a plus.

– Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting – self-sufficient.
  • Capable of following a script verbatim while sounding conversational.
